Boil Water Rescind Notice
On 9-27-23, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our
public water system Bell-Milam-Falls WSC, PWS ID 0140007 to issue a Boil Water
Notice (BWN) to due to power outage caused by Sunday evening storm, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has required our public water system Bell-Milam-Falls WSC, PWS ID 0140007, to notify customers to boil their water prior to consumption. This affected only Bell-Milam-Falls WSC customers in these areas: Bartlett, Rogers, Rogers to Buckholts and Rogers to Wilson.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure,
disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing
results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of 9-27-23.
